It is never really a positive when a life is lost. However, the wages of sin is death, so I can’t really feel bad for people who die while committing a crime.
Last week, a 20-year-old man took an ax to the door of a home in Foley, Alabama. Little did he know, this would be the last crime he would commit, because the 77-year-old resident there was packing heat.
Sedrick D. Jemison, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene, while his two accomplices, Adam Klifton Bond, 32, and Katlyn Renee White, 20, were later arrested and now face robbery and burglary charges, according to a press release from the Foley Police Department.
Police say that the resident was not arrested. While an investigation is required, they noted it as an act of self defense.
