Shia LaBeouf was quite the character as his role in Disney’s Even Stevens, and Holes. Then LaBeouf really kicked off his career with Transformers and Eagle Eye. The he seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth until his popularity sparked again as the “Just do it” guy, with gifs of his eccentric video exploding across the internet.

Unfortunately for him, he has fallen off the wagon. His new liberal lunacy and crazy  outbursts have thrown him down the ladder that he worked so hard to climb.

That is why it’s no surprise to me that his latest movie debut for ‘Man Down’ sold only only ticket at one U.K. cinema, and brought in a whole $8.70.

One source reported:

The film only opened at just one UK cinema, the Reel Cinema in Burnley cinema.

“Poor Shia,” said Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst at ComScore.

“That opening could be in the Guinness World Records or something.”

According to movie review website Roger Ebert, the film explores sensitive issues such as PTSD and the horrors of war in a “vague and confusing” way.

Another source reports that they sold 3 tickets.

“I think we’ve sold three tickets in total,” a manager at the movie theater told The Hollywood Reporter. “[We haven’t] experienced anything like it before.”

Thus, the cinema will stop showing the movie Thursday, and the film will max out after earning a measly $26.

Unfortunately, Man Down—which also features Kate MaraGary Oldman and Jai Courtney—didn’t see great numbers in the U.S. either. After ending its limited run in the States, it earned $454,490.

Yikes, talk about man down!
