We knew that this day would soon arrive, in which we would be forced to reconcile ourselves to the fact that the Second Amendment is purely, utterly unstoppable in this new digital age.

It’s simple to see how the Second Amendment in America is invincible:  Just follow the motivation of the liberal left to it’s end.  They want to see the right to bear arms completely nullified, and the Second Amendment repealed.  The moment you explore what this literally means, you start to understand.

The moment that anyone from the left goes around door to door, collecting guns, is the day that America is no longer.  The sheer might of those opposed to such tyranny will rear its ugly head and preserve this sacred right…there is no doubt.

To compound this issue for those who oppose the right to bear arms, we have a new ruling here in the United States regarding the reality of 3D printed guns, with some declaring that that age of the “open source gun” is now upon us.

But, just how did the Second Amendment achieve such a stunning victory?  With the help of it’s older brother, the First Amendment.

Cody Wilson’s Defense Distributed and Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) reached a settlement with the Department of Justice allowing unfettered publication of 3D gun files and other information in a case centered on free speech.

SAF sent a press release to Breitbart News, explaining details of settlement, saying, “The government has agreed to waive its prior restraint against the plaintiffs, allowing them to freely publish the 3-D files and other information at issue. The government has also agreed to pay a significant portion of the plaintiffs’ attorney’s fees, and to return $10,000 in State Department registration dues paid by Defense Distributed as a result of the prior restraint.”

SAF founder and executive vice president Alan Gottlieb said, “Not only is this a First Amendment victory for free speech, it also is a devastating blow to the gun prohibition lobby. For years, anti-gunners have contended that modern semi-automatic sport-utility rifles are so-called ‘weapons of war,’ and with this settlement, the government has acknowledged they are nothing of the sort.”

The ruling solidified that SAF would be exercising their First Amendment rights in distributing such materials to owners of 3D printers the world over, and that such distribution is free speech.

Folks, this isn’t just a boon to the United States’ version of the right to bear arms, but for the world at large.  Now, oppressed people the world over will have access to the tools of revolution against the tyranny that they face everyday.
