Despite every hard-fought bit of evidence to the contrary, the democrats are continuing to label the Parkland, Florida high school massacre as a gun rights issue.

It clearly isn’t – not in the least.

Nikolas Cruz, our deranged and delusional bad guy murdered seventeen of his former classmates not because he had a gun and wanted to, but because “demon voices” were instructing him to do so, (his words, not mine).

When it comes to culpability, there is no legal way to prove that these “demon voices” were injected into Cruz’s mind due to his ownership of a firearm, as the left purports.  After all, why would we need to ban guns if they weren’t magically capable of possessing the living and coercing them into horrifying acts of madness and tragedy?

Perhaps Cruz has the world’s first case of a “haunted firearm” that needs exorcising, but it’s highly, highly doubtful.

No, instead, the left wants a disarmed voting populace for the purposes of unfettered power.  After all, how would we ever truly hold an insurance policy against their well-documented and continual use of voter fraud if we are unarmed.

Remember, those who wish you disarm you do so not for your protection, but for theirs.

Still, the left’s immersive campaign to distort or abolish the Second Amendment is once again at full force, with pressure being applied in morality as well as in money.

Falling for the democratic bluff of boycott, Kroger has succumb to the liberal lunacy, and will now restrict gun and ammo sales in one of its subsidiaries.

“The grocery chain sells guns and ammunition at its Fred Meyer stores in the western U.S. Those sales will continue but persons under the age of 21 will be prohibited from purchase.

“CNN Money reports that Kroger released a statement, saying, ‘In response to the tragic events in Parkland and elsewhere, we’ve taken a hard look at our policies and procedures for firearm sales. Recent events demonstrate the need for additional action on the part of responsible gun retailers.’

“Kroger doe not sell AR-15s or similar weapons, but has allowed such weapons to be special ordered at Alaska store locations. They are ending the special order option for such guns as well.”

Of course, this comes on the heels of Dick’s Sporting Goods making a similar announcement earlier in the week regarding its Field and Stream locations.
