Crying, whining, and tantrums are about all we see from the left these days. After the 9th circus, er, circuit judges ruled against Trump’s temporary travel ban, the Senate has decided that enough is enough.
The very liberal court is not going to budge, and never even gave the president a chance. So the outcome, although we were hopeful, was not a surpriser to anyone.
After the trial, Trump tweeted:
SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 9, 2017
So, we already know that Trump is not a quitting man. However, here is where things get interesting:
Fox News reports:
Republican Sens. Jeff Flake and John McCain of Arizona introduced legislation last month to carve six states out of the San Francisco-based court circuit and create a brand new 12th Circuit.
They argue that the 9th is too big, too liberal and too slow resolving cases. If they succeed, only California, Oregon, Hawaii and two island districts would remain in the 9th’s judicial fiefdom.
The liberals will not be keen on breaking up their territory though. This looks like it will be an uphill battle, but lets pray we make some ground. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!
