I have seen nearly every episode of Criminal Minds but the suspects in this 30 minute clip puts many of them to shame.
In the clip below, you will see the raw footage released by police showing the moment they rescued a woman who was bound by chains in the back of a van.
The police pull over the van and quickly get a man out of the driver’s seat and a woman out of the passenger’s seat. When they approach the van, they find a blubbering woman who can barely even speak. She is bound by her neck in chains.
Police get the chains off of her and paramedics arrive to check her for injuries. She tells police that the man who kidnapped her is her ex boyfriend, and that he broke into her Las Vegas apartment and kidnapped her. She also states that he choked her out six times, resulting in her blacking out, because she was fighting him so hard.
Then, as if that was not bad enough, we see the footage of both the man and the woman who were in the front seats being hauled to the police station.
The man asks the officer driving if he has a favorite hymn, to which the officer replies that he does not. So the man then begins to sing Amazing Grace. He also requests his bibles out of his van, just after stating that he is a Christian.
First of all, he is not in the position to be asking for favors, nor singing nonchalantly. Second of all, he is not a Christian because that is definitely not how a true follower of Christ acts.
Then we see the woman from the passenger seat as she tries to make small talk with the officer driving her because she is “scared.” She also is not wearing shoes and asks for a new pair upon arrival.
Do these sick people not realize they were literally caught with a woman chained up in the back of their van? Are they mentally unfit to be in society or just psychotic? I’d also like to know why the officers were being so nice to the two suspects. Was it to get them to cooperate? Who knows.
Watch the clip for yourself, but don’t watch it with little ears around. Its does have some bits of harsh language and is NSFW.
