Gold Star wife Brittany Jacobs went on “Fox & Friends” to rip Nike for using anthem kneeling quarterback Colin Kaepernick as the face of the 30th anniversary of their “Just Do It” slogan.

Colin proclaims to have believed in something, thereby sacrificing everything.

Many Americans are perturbed with Nike, especially people who lost loved ones that have served in the armed forces.

From Daily Caller:

Gold Star wife Brittany Jacobs issued a stark challenge to former 49er and new face of Nike, Colin Kaepernick, suggesting Sunday that they ought to meet her and her son at Arlington National Cemetery.

“They can personally look in the eyes of my son and see what a dear sacrifice was made,” she explained, “and they can look around and see thousands and thousands of people who also sacrificed everything for something that they believed in.”

Jacobs concluded the segment with a challenge: “I personally would like to invite Nike and Colin Kaepernick to meet me and my son at Arlington National Cemetery and see what a true sacrifice is, see what it is like to sacrifice everything for something that you believe in. And then they can personally look in the eyes of my son and see what a dear sacrifice was made and they can look around and see thousands and thousands of people who sacrificed also everything for something that they believed in.”

Jacobs got to meet with President Donald Trump at Arlington in 2017. She was accompanied by her six-year-old son, who was dressed as a Marine.

President Donald Trump honored the families of fallen soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.

Accompanied by Vice President Mike Pence, Trump walked among the white marble headstones and greeted Gold Star families, including Brittany Jacobs and her six-year-old son, Christian, who was dressed like a Marine.

The boy’s father, Marine Sgt. Christopher Jacobs, died during a training accident in California in 2011.

On “Fox & Friends” this morning, Brittany said Christian ran up to Trump and struck up a conversation.

Trump saluted Jacobs earlier this year at Arlington, as well, via Fox News Insider:

In his first Memorial Day remarks as commander-in-chief, President Donald Trump paid tribute to fallen U.S. service members and their families.

During his speech at Arlington National Cemetery, Trump saluted Brittany Jacobs and her seven-year-old son, Christian, who was dressed like a Marine. Jacobs’ father, Marine Sgt. Christopher Jacobs, died during a training accident in California in 2011.

RIP to Marine Sgt. Christopher Jacobs. Nike needs to heed the word of his wife, Brittany, and take her up on her challenge.
