It seems that, inevitably, every week, we’ll find ourselves writing about the antics of CNN reporter and professional pest Jim Acosta.

Acosta has staked his claim on the annals of history by inserting himself into major presidential moments by beginning to shout at the leader of the free world just as soon as POTUS himself stops to take a breath.  Acosta is a nuisance of the highest order, and he is now attempting to throw himself a pity party.

Not only did the CNN mainstay attempt to move his colleagues to action with an abhorrently un-rythmic chant of “we’re not the enemy of the people”, but he now has cohosts on the network pushing a wild theory that Jim Acosta was almost murdered that night.

CNN political analyst April Ryan believes CNN reporter Jim Acosta’s life was in danger at President Donald Trump’s Tuesday rally in Tampa, Florida.

Acosta, who was heckled with “CNN sucks!” chants before Trump appeared on stage, has said he did not feel like he was in America and expressed that he is “very worried that the hostility whipped up by Trump and some in conservative media will result in somebody getting hurt.”

“That’s a serious moment and a serious place. And Jim Acosta’s life, in my opinion, was in jeopardy that night,” Ryan told CNN host Don Lemon on Wednesday evening. “There was a safety issue.”

I’m starting to wonder if Jim Acosta is just some Andy Kafmann-esque ruse, meant to subtly highlight the absurdity of the mainstream media.
